You think you know who you are because you speculate at who you are not.

Ever hear the quote:

“Change is the only constant.”

Then how come you insist on staying where you are, settle for slow “progress,” continue to recycle the same stories, live out the same beliefs, assuming and generalizing thinking you know everything because it happened in the past and it may happen again?

How many of you reading this have been to or are considering therapy?

How many of you reading this have heap loads of knowledge, are that person that is quick to judge, criticize, castigate, be passive-aggressive, and resist an upward trajectory in your life at every turn but then never openly admit to your own shortcomings?

How many of you are afraid to pursue your dreams because you “read the signs” and they all pointed to, “It wasn’t meant to be,”?

How many of you reading this are sick and tired of feeling like garbage every. Single. Day.

Are sick and tired of waking up with the same haunting memories every. Single. Day.

Are sick and tired of falling into the same pit of despair, cyclone of anxiety and transforming back and regressing into a bleeding heart, everyone’s doormat and your closest compassion slave is your pet?

Just knock it off. Get over it. You have so much to live for. What right do you have to complain. You are overreacting. You are over-emotional. You are too sensitive. Look, we all have our s*it we go through.

Familiar with any of these statements from others and finding yourself wishing you had tears left to cry, someone more than a pet to hug at night and a way out of this life?

Start here. I hear you. I see you. I feel your presence.

I have walked for 10 years weathering the world and ambitiously setting out to hear peoples’ stories just because that is where I find joy. I find it fascinating how there are so many different ways to be, personalities to be had and emotions we think are unique to ourselves just because we lived a life of _______ and experiences events A, B and C. Over the course of 10 years, and honestly, even into my early high school years, I recognized people from all walks of life:

*Ex-patriots
*Bleeding hearts
*People of color
*Poor
*Middle class
*Upper class
*Rich
*Single
*Divorced
*Married
*Musically endowed
*Gay
*Straight
*Non-American
*Mothers
*Fathers
*Grandfathers
*Grandmothers
*Non-binary folx
*Transgender folx
*Those who survived suicide attempts
*Those who were homeless
*Those who were raped

It doesn’t really matter the circumstance, everyone suffers from isolation of some kind and when in isolation our thoughts take root and form unshakeable beliefs to the point where no amount of time on social media scrolling of puppies, kittens, uplifting quotes, pictures of sunrises, sunsets, binging music on YouTube, playing music, trying new things, dieting, venting on your blog website, making new friends, restoring relationships with families WON’T. FIX.

Your beliefs permeate your life and until you step up, excommunicate yourself from that, when push comes to shove, you WILL experience an emotional CRISIS. For some of us, that is suicide thought. For some of us, that is becoming manic or depressed. For some of us, that is being a perfectionist and overachieving. For some of us, that is being paralysed because you are legitimizing every single path and route, thought and logic. For some of us, that means dying a slow, painful and lonely life alone. For some of us, that means turning to substance abuse of any kind to numb the pain.

Why wait until you get there?

Are you in denial about needing help?

Are you convinced things cannot be improved in your life?

I work with those that are mentally and emotionally challenged by their own darkness and their strongest nemesis: Yourself.

Unless someone comes in with a mirror, you are up s*it creek without a paddle and if you do not want to find another means to get out of s*it creek, you will be left to your own devices: coping, self-medicating, forcing positivity down your throat because you believe having “negative” feelings is bad, inappropriate and ugly and hoping, wishing and praying things will improve somehow, someway.

No one is entitled to things becoming “better.” Also, what is “better” anyway?

Interested in getting shaken and becoming truly aware to what is happening in your mind?

Your Pity Party Ends Here.

Reading to stop blaming everyone, everything and the world for where you are in your life and you feel you are either too seasoned at this life or too young to be having this problem? News flash: we are figuring out life in the darkness alone, together.

I am called to serve those that check all the boxes above. I serve and have served my clients through an innovative blend, never-before-seen, multi-disciplined and intuitively led approach to teaching you how to break through all the brittle aspects of your life, create a philosophical and universal knowledge driven foundation for your life and to focus only on you, what Universe has planned for you and where you can be 4 months from now.

If you are on LinkedIn and are “curious” to learn about what I do, I am not interested in networking or putting myself on a pedestal. I answer to Universe not networking opportunities. For serious inquiries, our email is down below.

If your first question is how much do you charge, then this is not for you.

If your second question is how many people have you worked with, unsubscribe now.

If your third question, can you fix my life and fix me? My answer will be no.

This is not for the faint-hearted.

If you do not “vibe” with the podcasts, that is fine.

If you do not “vibe” with being called out on your s*it, that is fine.

If you crave to learn more after listening to the podcasts, you just may be who I am looking for.

I want this to be a safe space to share my goings-on while I dig deep into my journey of self-discovery. What brings me to my desire to share my journey? I wish to provide life-coaching services to others. I coach to help others uncover what it is that is holding them back from accomplishing what is dearest in their hearts, spirit and minds. I am currently a student at iPEC, Institute of Professional Excellence in coaching. I am determined to disseminate my coaching services to all those interested. While I coach, I also would like to share bits and pieces of what it is that I do as a life coach-to-be and inversely, what I do not do. I am an imagineer, at your service. That is the best way I can describe a life coach to you. As a life coach-to-be, I can teach you how to think outside the box, consider alternative perspectives and reflect on what influences your thoughts. If any of this sounds like something you are experiencing, what is stopping you from moving forward? A space to message me may be found on the middle menu option on my home page. I acknowledge, appreciate and embody gratitude for each and every one of you and the struggles which you endeavour each and every moment. No one is a stranger to adversity. We can all overcome adversity because of our combined diversity. Thank you for contributing your time into our growing and collective, worldly diversity. Endearingly yours, Kim
