Learn one person’s story and first hand experience with suicide

Grounds For Clarity LLC is honored to have our esteemed guest Cara Sachs, a person with lived experience with chronic illness, a fierce advocate for those who are subjected to the ableism that which permeates our society. In Cara’s discussion, she will share intimate aspects of her past and there will be instances where she comes out about her brainwashing experience with her mother. There are no perfect conversations and yet it is with great respect Grounds For Clarity LLC shed light on all our stories making up the tapestry of this world.

Sharing the trauma of our past is not a glorification of it, it is a way to be open and not closeted about our mental health. If you feel you need to take breaks and safely listen, Cara and I encourage you to do so. Her telling of her story is intended to connect with someone out there that may not have the voice to speak of what they are going through. It is through the sharing of her story that Cara hopes to show you can thrive into a quality lifeΒ  free from stigmas and taboos of chronic illness, suicide and childhood abuse. to one another, to feel ethos and to realize we are all a part of this life together.

I want this to be a safe space to share my goings-on while I dig deep into my journey of self-discovery. What brings me to my desire to share my journey? I wish to provide life-coaching services to others. I coach to help others uncover what it is that is holding them back from accomplishing what is dearest in their hearts, spirit and minds. I am currently a student at iPEC, Institute of Professional Excellence in coaching. I am determined to disseminate my coaching services to all those interested. While I coach, I also would like to share bits and pieces of what it is that I do as a life coach-to-be and inversely, what I do not do. I am an imagineer, at your service. That is the best way I can describe a life coach to you. As a life coach-to-be, I can teach you how to think outside the box, consider alternative perspectives and reflect on what influences your thoughts.
