Even though I feel ___________, I totally and completely accept myself.

Grounds For Clarity recently provide a platform for a phenomenal human being to speak with me on topics such as depression, suicide, even happiness,  and tantric sex. One topic that came up off the record was spiritual bypassing.

Regardless of where in the world your beliefs are rooted, be it spiritual, religious, by DNA, by proxy, we all have our foundation to legitimize, clarify, shed light on and even encourage us to move forward.

Spiritual bypassing, I gleaned from various peer-reviewed research articles on psychology websites, as well as cross-referencing other articles, is essentially the use of spiritual ideas and practices to avoid truly confronting unresolved feelings inside when one is out of personal and emotional alignment.

Becoming educated on how we all tick, is vital, no matter our existential beliefs, reincarnation ideas or what is considered sinful. We all have commonality and that can be a tendency to get caught up in our minds to rationalize away the pain of our past, the pressures of our present and even with the uncertainty of our futures.

This is what has inspired me to create a digital social-emotional retreat in which I will share resources and tools that can give you a strong foundation for confronting unresolved feelings inside. The goal here, unlike most spiritual ideas and practices is simply a raising of awareness to what is energetically blocking you from changing your relationship with these unresolved feelings.

This compartmentalization of our being — our roles in life — is creating physiological energetic static within our  bodies and ignoring it for any duration of time in exchange for a false sense of security and pseudo enlightenment.

Join me in a digital social-emotional retreat on May 2-3rd in which you can be 100% when you aren’t feeling 100%. I am going through this too, of confronting this forced positivity of society and finding my way. This universal wisdom is useless without follow-through which is where I and your peers come in. Having others around you to keep you accountable in this journey will be key to reaping the seeds from heightened self-awareness. At this time, for a low financial investment of $75 (a $1,600 value!), I am providing this safe space and container for 5 people ready, willing and able to get to the core of why they are unhappy with their life and feeling empty inside.

I want this to be a safe space to share my goings-on while I dig deep into my journey of self-discovery. What brings me to my desire to share my journey? I wish to provide life-coaching services to others. I coach to help others uncover what it is that is holding them back from accomplishing what is dearest in their hearts, spirit and minds. I am currently a student at iPEC, Institute of Professional Excellence in coaching. I am determined to disseminate my coaching services to all those interested. While I coach, I also would like to share bits and pieces of what it is that I do as a life coach-to-be and inversely, what I do not do. I am an imagineer, at your service. That is the best way I can describe a life coach to you. As a life coach-to-be, I can teach you how to think outside the box, consider alternative perspectives and reflect on what influences your thoughts. If any of this sounds like something you are experiencing, what is stopping you from moving forward? A space to message me may be found on the middle menu option on my home page. I acknowledge, appreciate and embody gratitude for each and every one of you and the struggles which you endeavour each and every moment. No one is a stranger to adversity. We can all overcome adversity because of our combined diversity. Thank you for contributing your time into our growing and collective, worldly diversity. Endearingly yours, Kim
