A lot of things may be changing in our lives, maybe some of us have lost our center and aren’t sure what to do being told to stay at home. What more is there for us to do? For some of us, enduring such a change and going through what we are, we find it difficult to open up and sometimes suicide thoughts are on our mind. It is true, that suicide is not an isolated incident. Which is what brings me here: what has brought us to this point of just feeling completely emotionally overwhelmed during this global pandemic and what can we do to face the music? What we are currently experiencing actually was always there…we simply had more distractions beforehand to keep us from embracing our true feelings underneath it all.
