Support speaking openly and directly about suicide

Learn of a mother’s journey after her 8 year old son told her he did not wish to  be alive any longer.

One of the action steps she is currently focusing most of her energy into is campaigning for public support to have her  book published. The title will be subject to change, My Suicidal Son, and the content will remain true to her journey into opening her eyes, mind and heart to a whole new way of parenting which she truly believes helped improve the quality of life for her son ensuring he had the chance to explore possibilities other than suicide and choosing life — taking his journey alongside him one step at a time.

There are 9 days left to put her book at the top of eligibility for sponsorship to become officially fully written and published under the public eye. This book will be a tool in her toolkit and also in that of her clients’ toolkits as it is her present and continued future ambition to share the lessons she learned in providing emotional support for her son, by looking at parenting in different ways, to strip away the labels and the titles and presumed roles a parent has toward their child to fulfill, and providing non-judgmental support required to raise happy and emotionally healthy children to become happy and emotionally healthy adults.

If you are curious or it is on your heart to support her book campaign, be it through personally purchasing her book, donating to her campaign and spreading her link, we invite you to do so.

I will keep you all updated as to the progress of her book campaign here.

Thank you for all of your support and willingness to be a part of breaching discussion on suicide.

I want this to be a safe space to share my goings-on while I dig deep into my journey of self-discovery. What brings me to my desire to share my journey? I wish to provide life-coaching services to others. I coach to help others uncover what it is that is holding them back from accomplishing what is dearest in their hearts, spirit and minds. I am currently a student at iPEC, Institute of Professional Excellence in coaching. I am determined to disseminate my coaching services to all those interested. While I coach, I also would like to share bits and pieces of what it is that I do as a life coach-to-be and inversely, what I do not do. I am an imagineer, at your service. That is the best way I can describe a life coach to you. As a life coach-to-be, I can teach you how to think outside the box, consider alternative perspectives and reflect on what influences your thoughts. If any of this sounds like something you are experiencing, what is stopping you from moving forward? A space to message me may be found on the middle menu option on my home page. I acknowledge, appreciate and embody gratitude for each and every one of you and the struggles which you endeavour each and every moment. No one is a stranger to adversity. We can all overcome adversity because of our combined diversity. Thank you for contributing your time into our growing and collective, worldly diversity. Endearingly yours, Kim
