I need your help to visualize something for me that will help you gain a clear sense of what Compassionate Suicide Crisis Life Coaching is and why everyone in the world needs it.

Imagine a world where everyone had a person to turn to that supported  and believed in hope for them no matter how messy life looked, or how mediocre and repetitive life annoyances became and even during the really dark and down times, they would be treated with respect and provided opportune moments of insight and emotional relief? Imagine if  everyone had someone to turn to to rely on to recuperate self-respect, experience non-judgmental space to draw on inner and outer collective wisdom, to see how to make sense of all the chaos of change or staleness in life, to cheer you on as you sprint and flow, jog and walk through life’s trials and tribulations? Now imagine, if everyone had a person to turn to when they felt like a failure to themselves, for not providing for loved ones, for breaking up partnerships and felt rejected by society, or not welcomed because of all the baggage they carry? Imagine every person had someone to turn to even in the moment of a mental health diagnosis onset by a changing lifestyle and in spite of pushing others away? Imagine if everyone had someone to turn to no matter their social standing in life, political status, socieconomics, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious belief, or…their past choices? Imagine if everyone had a person to turn to for emotional recuperation between life’s darkest blessings and could take time to honor needing to feel broken, lost, confused and even while having thoughts of suicide. What would the world look like if  everyone had someone to turn to like this?

Life coaches can be that person for you — if you allow them to be. Life coaches operate well in 100% honesty, and even if you are hiding, them manage to be there for you to see through to where your pain points in life are and how to provide an atmosphere to rejuvenate and sow seeds of dignity and self-respect again. They meet you where you are at, provide this safe, non-judgmental space to become a sounding board for you, to reflect deep, personal and intimate thoughts of what all our inner critics tell us we should never be doing and what we are failing to do better. Life coaches present you the opportunity to be hopeful and ambitious when you need it most — during times where things don’t go according to plan. Now, for what makes a Compassionate Suicide Crisis Life Coach stand apart from most other Life coaches, is that through using methods backed by 3 decades worth of science, we intuitively know how to create that safe space and emotional support you need in your most darkest days when nothing seems to be going right and you just cannot take it anymore. Many Life coaches shy away from working with those with thoughts of suicide and that is due to feeling they aren’t qualified enough when someone expresses a desire to no longer live and struggle to relate how to best serve you. Not here. We speak with an open heart directly to connect with Suicide.

Here, at Grounds For Clarity, we all receive ASIST training, which stands for Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, equipping us to be ready, willing and able to talk about suicide and to help you create safety plans to stay safe for now. We have every intention and motive to serve you at your best and most importantly at times where you do not believe there is anything worth living for anymore. The truth is, usually when folks have a lot going on and things aren’t making sense, folks become overwhelmed with feelings and troubled with confusion which can trigger thoughts of suicide and experiencing being shut out at a vulnerable and most painful time, simply adds to the pain. Here, Compassionate Suicide Crisis Life coaching is birthed. Most Life coaches fail to understand that they do not need to have experienced suicide themselves to relate to how they as human beings can support another human being in most desperate need of their unconditional support and help. The things is, almost all Life coaches run their practice off a statistic that misses a lot of what people need on an individual level. Grounds For Clarity is geared with the same training those of the National Suicide Prevention Lines receive. In fact, the founder of Grounds For Clarity worked for the hotline and is ready to provide this groundbreaking service, to you.

Grounds For Clarity knows and believes that you are not a statistic. You are an individual. Almost all persons, at some point in their life experience suicide thoughts and it is through this attitude, we are self-aware that even if we may not have thoughts of suicide, we innately feel the pain you must be going through as a human being experiencing loss and experiencing your humanity being in pain.

Now, you see, this is why ever person needs to become aware there are Life coaches out there that can serve you at your best and even when you feel you have lost all motivation and hope to go on living. Through Compassionate Suicide Crisis Life Coaching, we break grounds in seeing through to shatter the stigma and taboo around suicide and we cannot do it without your help. I want this to be a safe space to share my goings-on while I dig deep into my journey of self-discovery. What brings me to my desire to share my journey? I wish to provide life-coaching services to others. I coach to help others uncover what it is that is holding them back from accomplishing what is dearest in their hearts, spirit and minds. I am currently a student at iPEC, Institute of Professional Excellence in coaching. I am determined to disseminate my coaching services to all those interested. While I coach, I also would like to share bits and pieces of what it is that I do as a life coach-to-be and inversely, what I do not do. I am an imagineer, at your service. That is the best way I can describe a life coach to you. As a life coach-to-be, I can teach you how to think outside the box, consider alternative perspectives and reflect on what influences your thoughts. If any of this sounds like something you are experiencing, what is stopping you from moving forward? A space to message me may be found on the middle menu option on my home page. I acknowledge, appreciate and embody gratitude for each and every one of you and the struggles which you endeavour each and every moment. No one is a stranger to adversity. We can all overcome adversity because of our combined diversity. Thank you for contributing your time into our growing and collective, worldly diversity. Endearingly yours, Kim
